This blog is to help me to develop self-efficacy as a beginner teacher. Self-efficacy? It is the belief that ability can grow with effort; and the belief in that ability to meet specific goals and/or expectations. Some of the posts are assessment requirements as part of my teacher training; others are just reflections from my readings. I hope it encourages you as well.
